create agile project, "try it for free" button doesn't appear to be doing anything

Project -> Create Project-> choose Agile Project -> click on "Try for Free" button, it doesn't do anything.

Tried this on Chrome and IE, Firefox.

how can I create a Agile Project and try it out?

I'm not entirely sue why the Try for Free button is not working on your end, it appears to work correctly in my instance. Is there any error thrown in the log file? Is JIRA allowed an outgoing connection to internet?

Anyway, you can try to install the JIRA Agile plugin manually as per this documentation - JIRA Agile Installation and Upgrade Guide
