My jira environment is https://externis-test.jira.com
I'm in the general administration part. http://i.imgur.com/5pT7C.png
When I click on wiki to administrate confluence, https://externis-test.jira.com/wiki/admin/console.action, I have the following error:
Erreur 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) : Trop de redirections
It is the same in every browser. I managed the cookies but still doesn't work. It happened yesterday, don't know why because it worked before
Problem reported from URL: https://externis-test.jira.com/templates/admin/helpandsupport.vm
This issue could also be caused by a permission issue in Confluence. If your account is part of the administrators group but this administrators group is not set as administrator in the Confluence global permission scheme then this redirect error will occor. (Confluence will redirect back to Jira to verify admin access, Jira acknowledge Admin access and tries to redirect to the confluence admin page which redirects back to Jira)
We can further look into this if you open a support case.
Please for any OnDemand related problems your should ask for help using the http://support.atlassian.com website, if you're not the Admin of the service on your company, I would suggest contacting the IT departament on your company and asking for help as they should know hot to contact Atlassian and get the problems sorted out.
In regards to the 'Too many redirects' problem I sounds like something like a temporary failure, if you are still facing problems please let us know through the website I linked above.
