Sourcetree crashes immediately upon opening git repo

Lee Baker October 10, 2013

Upon opening a repository, Sourcetree has begun crashing. I have been using Sourcetree with this repo for almost a year with few problems.

I tried removing the Sourcetree files from ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Sourcetree, but this did not fix the problem.

In Console, the error causes the following messages to appear:

10/11/13 3:46:55.783 PM SourceTree[11350]: SourceTree(11350,0x103704000) malloc: *** auto malloc[11350]: error: GC operation on unregistered thread. Thread registered implicitly. Break on auto_zone_thread_registration_error() to debug.

Hi Lee,

Could you give us the crash report (path is at the end of what you've posted) and open an issue on jira.atlassian.com?

Thanks in advance
