SourceTree Windows: Load BitBucket projects to clone from SourceTree?

Scott Stubblefield June 25, 2013

Currently if I want to clone a project from my Bitbucket account, I have to go to the bitbucket site, grab the SSH URL, go back to SourceTree and paste in the URL, and then clone.

Will there be a way to put in my BitBucket credentials into Sourcetree so that when I go to clone a project, I can just see a list of all my projects from within the application? SmartGit does this currently, but I'm not a fan of that program.

Yes, the Mac version of SourceTree does this already but it hasn't quite made it into the Windows version yet - it's coming, you can track this task if you like to monitor progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-70
