Issue not showing up on Project Summary Screen under Unscheduled issues for a specific user after being Reopened

User closed ICSSA-54 and then had to re-open it. When they run the ISSUES query under the their project (ICS Solution Architecture ) the story/issue (ICSSA-54) does not show up any longer even though the status is in QA and the resolution status says unresolved

Filter is project=ICSSA AND resolution=Unresolved AND assignee=cars06 ORDER BY priority DESC

(user's id is cars06 (Steve Carr))

It's like since it has resolved date, it still considers it as resolved, even though the resolution status is unresolved.

Hi Jana,

Based on the descriptions provided, my initial suspicion is that there could be a custom 'Unresolved' resolution defined in your system. Therefore, can you kindly confirm if this by going to Administration > Resolutions, and see if the resolution 'Unresolved' is listed there?

If this is the case, note that actually the resolution 'Unresolved' shouldn't be listed there, since issues without any resolution will be stated as Unresolved automatically. Hence, you may kindly check the list of resolutions available first, and let us know how it goes.

ahmad was going to set up a call to discuss deleting the "resolved" status and "Unresolved". Scheduled a meeting and then he had to cancel, have not heard from him since.
