Is there an equivalent of the create-page macro for a cloud-based setup?

I just need a macro that will allow users access to a simple button through which they can create a blank page, and not be overwhelmed by the different templates or be able to create a new space. Is this possible in a Cloud based setup?

The Create button (in Cloud and the latest server version) now creates just a blank page; you have to hit the three-dot button next to it to use a template.

That being said, you can create a simple Create button of your own, by right-clicking the Create button in the specific space and select Copy link address. Then create a hyperlink, either to some text or a graphic, and use that copied link address.
