Ignore e-mails on issue creation

Hi,

I'm working with Jira on-demand configured to create issues from incoming e-mails.

But, i'd like to ignore some e-mails by sender or subject.

Does Jira supports this feature?

Hi Marcelo,

JIRA OnDemand doesn't support filters by subject at this moment. What you can do is configuring your mail handlers in a way that emails from people who are not JIRA users are ignored.

You can achieve this by:

1 - leaving the 'Create users' option unchecked

2 - leaving the 'Default Reporter' field blank
