How to customize layout in Confluence Questions

Is it possible to do any customization of layout in Confluence Questions?

I'd like to add some info onto /questions page for users with a brif description of the site.

I also would like to know if you could change word Questions to something else in the global header. The word questions might be too ambiguous for our clients. I would like to change it to Community Q&A or Q&A.
