My question is how can i share ONLY a part of my knowledge base, like tagging articles and then share only those tagged for example or which method is used in order to allow users in my service desk to see only the ones i want them to see.
The reason for this is because in my knowledge base i have a lot of internal information that my users should not be able to reach.
