MEETING RECAP: Let's hit the gym with Special Guest Mark Cruth

Last night the Phoenix ACE chapter had an energizing event focused on shaping up our teams through better collaboration and connection. With hybrid and remote work becoming the norm, fostering a shared understanding and sense of purpose is more important—and more challenging than ever.

@Mark Cruth guided us through four plays from the Atlassian Team Playbook, offering practical strategies to help teams build stronger connections and improve their performance. Participants engaged in hands-on activities that showcased how these plays could be applied in real-world settings, sparking ideas for immediate implementation with our own teams.

The session was a reminder that teamwork, like fitness, takes consistent effort. By focusing on alignment, communication, and collaboration, we can help our teams thrive in any environment.

Thank you to @Mark Cruth for the great presentation and to @Derrick Taylor David@Josh Costella@Robert Wen_Cprime_, and Rodney West for all the hard work to make this event possible!

Please watch out for reminders in this group as well as on social media for our next events coming in 2025!
