Someone somewhere was really disorganised.
My work tasks for March and the first week of April included:
- normal day-to-day work
- reviewing the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and follow up with each team member on their work-from-home enablement needs
- work from home for over half a week due to an unwell child
- run a full-day full-company work-from-home drill
- revise and update the BDP in light of #4
- update the team member agenda from "review the working-from-home drill" to, surprise, our office is closing for a minimum of 1-3 months after this meeting
- adjust to working from home, managing a team who are all remote, and with child-wrangling.
- attend the now-week-long Atlassian Community Leader sessions
- Remote Summit
- normal day-to-day work
Terrible terrible scheduling :P
Thankfully, Remote Summit will be available until April 14.
