Hi, I would like to promote an ACE event via social media, which my company are sponsoring. Are there any rules in regard to how I promote these, do I have to use certain images for example? Thank you for your help

you can find lots of helpful information for community leaders and also for planning or promoting an event on Atlassian's leaderhub: https://leaderhub.atlassian.com/planning-and-promoting-your-event
In addition, you should also be eligible to get access to a community leader slack instance where you can connect with lots of fellow leaders who might be able to give you the special insider news what worked for them the best. Talk to your Atlassian community manager. If you don't know who that is - I'm happy to let an Atlassian find that out for you. 😏
