Do not forget about downloading / using official Atlassian Events App and start exploring all the goodies!

It is fresh, redesigned and so far.. not "laggy" :) . Hope it would be also when so many people would be using it on the day of conference :) 

I personally really like the option to scan QR codes which gives ability to stay connected with attendees (especially after conference - there is an option to export contacts)

@Lauren Wolf thank you for jumping in to the thread. 

Just one remark about the QR code scanning.. it is hidden to much in UI.

In order to use it you have to go to User Settings >> opt in for networking (new option then show) then edit the profile where we then see QR code icon.. clicking on it give us finally this feature.. 

It is really hard to find for people. I guess it should be on top same as Export Notes & Contacts.

In addition to that there is no way to view list of current contacts until you scan someone new.. then it shows..

Thanks @Mirek - that was actually intentionally hidden (not well enough!) but based on your feedback it sounds like a really useful tool. We will look into this for the next event!

Just curious.. Maybe you would know.. Will the same mobile app be available for Team '24 Europe? So far when I log in I still see details from LV Team 24 and we have a little bit more than a week until the event.. 

BTW - Would be really nice if we finally have one app that people would get used to and when we log in we choose event and we see all details including all the history (contacts) from previous events.

Is there any way to add custom entries to the Calendar? I got lots of "extra curricular" activities going on and would love to see them all in one place!

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ You cannot add your own activities to the app calendar, but you CAN sync the sessions you add to your schedule with your personal calendar. Click on "more" and then calendar sync. Hope this helps!
