To be honest @scott_boisvert we aren't large enough yet to really have scalibility on the mind.  However, we struggle to get our developers and operations teams on the same page, so I'm looking forward to the "Change faster when Dev and IT change together" on Day 1.  My hope is that I can learn something to teach them to start playing nicely together instead of butting heads all the time.
