Why I can't create a ticket in Jira ?

Hi.  Maybe yo know, why i can't create a ticket in Jira's Epic. I got warning like this

Your issue type is configured to require the field "release channel".  You'll need to fill that in during the issue creation.

If you can't, then you will need to talk to your admins - either get them to remove the mandatory flag, or get them to add the field to the issue create screen so you can fill it in.
