Hi Team,

As part of one of the requirement i need to create a Kanban board /project in Jira ,where i can have categories and associated sub-categories.

Ex: Category - Employee Related

Associated Sub-Category  - Performance issue 

                                           - Policy Related issue.

                                           - Employee Benifits

Along with Assignee name and Escalation Name 

 

Please guide me in this note.
