there is an actual synchro issue
can you solve because i now have to change it manually
thanks in adavance
Hi @Lewis Rakotomahefa ,
This is Teresa from Teamboard, an app that you mentioned.
We have 2 apps for TeamBoard: TeamBoard Time Planner and TeamBoard ProScheduler. These 2 apps support mapping the Start date and End date to Jira fields.
You can configure the field mapping for each project from App Settings.
For TeamBoard Time Planner:
For TeamBoard ProScheduler:
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns

Teresa
Hello @Lewis Rakotomahefa
Alessandro from Ricksoft, developer of WBS Gantt-chart, here. Thank you for posting!
As @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ said (thank you for the great input, Dave! 🙏), the app uses its own field by default, mostly to prevent unecessary changes until you get used to the app.
However, it does allow you to map other dates field you would like.
All you have to do is to change the Issue configurations by clicking the Jira Admin Cog Icon > Apps > Issues (under the WBS Gantt-chart section). From there you will be able to configure which Jira fields you would like the app to use as a reference for Start/Finish dates, without having to replicate information in bulk into different fields.
You can read more about how it works at https://docs.ricksoft-inc.com/wbs-gantt-chart-for-jira-cloud/global-issue-settings#GlobalIssuesettings-Howtochangetheganttdatafield
Please, do let us know if there any other question we can help you with!
Cheers,
- Alessandro C.

Hi, @Lewis Rakotomahefa. Personally, I cannot speak for these two Apps, but in general I have seen that many Apps have/use their own date (custom) fields and these may not be tied to Jira's date fields. Or, they may have a configuration setting that allows you to set which Jira fields to use or snych with.
Try having a look at the docs for the products in question.
Hope this helps,
-dave

P.S. WBS Gantt docs. | I'm sorry, but I cannot find a Jira app called Team Board.

Thanks @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_
Really appreciate your feed back
so date fields might not be the 'same' fields in each app
sounds logic
but i have to update it manually and it's mor than a hundred issues
huge work
really appreciate if there is some sync app
best regards
Lewis

I really think you are going to have dive into the product documentation and/or talk to Teamboard and Ricksott (makers of WBS Gantt), @Lewis Rakotomahefa.
In other words, this does not sound like something that someone here on the Atlassian Community can solve for you.
If it's an option, you might want to consider replacing Teamboard Timeplanner with a native Jira app for time tracking.
Sorry, but I can't really be of any more help beyond what I've already written 😕
