Thanks @Charlie Gavey  have created a ticket way back but it ended with no resolution JST-699310

I'm afraid it's not possible to create a rule to send a notification when all hours logged in the project reaches a certain threshold.

however, it works fine and suddenly stop but fail to understand why?

Can you please have a look, that would be great.

Thanks in Advance
