I'm having trouble allocating users to a particular Service Desk.
I have recently set up 2 extra Service Desks and I would like to restrict them so that only certain agents can see the Service Desk required.
When I add them in Administration, Users they are able to see the main Service Desk and all the other projects, but not the new Service Desk I created.
I have also gone into the project settings, people and allocated them Service Desk Team to no avail.
I'm fairly new to Jira Service Desk, so any advise/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
