We have a two tier pick list that customers use to identify where in the product they are having an issue. With the newly released configuration options for the Jira Service Desk 'Issue View' I cannot find on the issue view where the field displays. In the configuration page (screenshot below) the field shows in the 'Customer Request form' section, but it cannot be moved or added to show in the other sections.
Anyone else having this issue?
