Hello,
We are looking to import/sync our list of customers to Atlassian Service Desk from a third party application which we consider to be the source of truth.
This sync would contain all the customer details (address, phone numbers, id, etc).
Are there API's or add on's which would enable us to do this?
Thank you in advance.
Hello Mathew,
APIs are available in order to create users and can be accessed using below link:
Third Party apps are also available on Atlassian Marketplace that might help to achieve the requirement. Refer below:
In case the application is LDAP or Active Directory, the JIRA Service desk can be connected to fetch the user information. Below document has more details:
Appreciate the links, which I have looked at.
JIRA service desk API's have the options to list/add/get customer. However, the field are limited to only full name and email only. We require a way to provide additional customer details in the Service Desk.
I see there are some MarketPlace addons (1 which I have contacted already) which allow for additional fields (e.g. address, phone number, location etc), however, Im looking for a way to add these additional fields via an API.

Is this solved? It would be useful for us if it is shared here.
