User don't receive emails from confluence ( Cannot Join in )

Hi everyone, I've signed in Confluence and invite my colleagues to collaborate. Everyone got the invitation email but one. I tried to resend the invitation several times without success. 

So we try just to create an account and join in Confluence, but the same he can't get the confirmation email to verify the account. 

Seem if he cannot receive emails from Confluence at all. We checked the junk emails as well. I cannot understand why. He has a Microsoft account has everyone in the company. Apparently there is no reason why he can't get emails and everyone else can.

Any help is appreciated.

@todoynada Maybe the user already has an Atlassian account?  The user can try to log into your confluence, and then try a password reset?

If that does not help, I'd recommend to contact Atlassian support directly.

Nope, he doesn't.

How can I contact them directly? I tried to do but I was directed here.
