I am classically trained in support M365, but since that is pretty easy (LOL) I have been running the part of Jira Admin for my company. We are pretty average users of the platform. Staying in the Jira and Confluence space for managing work tasks and capturing technical articles in Confluence. I try and stay connected to the community though to help train my users how to utilize Atlassian products int he best way.
As far as the navigation changes, I am looking forward to an updated UI and a better blend of JWM and JWM. I think the outdated UI and the splitting of features between different products holds the tool back. We also have Asana in our org and I am constantly trying to keep the balance between the different tools and what they have to offer.
