I work for GE Healthcare as a Cybersecurity Architect. I've used Confluence for years and am now getting ready to stand up a cloud instance of Jira Service Desk to be used by our Security Operations Center team. I am going to scrounging around for resources to help integrate JSD with both our own CMMS/EAM/CRM systems as well as customer CRM's, such as ServiceNow. I've been told it is relatively straightforward to connect JSD to ServiceNow, but we'll see.
