UserName change not recognised by Tempo

I have changed some of my developer usernames in Jira (v6.0.1). I have noticed now that if I add these users to a team in Tempo (under Manage Teams) they come up as 'undefined'. I also notice that on the Project Timesheet view their Avatars are displayed with a question mark.
