The values of KPI are not getting correct.

Hello Team,

We have tried to see the KPI on below version of JIRA & JEP

The values KPI are not getting correct

JEP Version: 5.15.0 & 5.19.3

JIRA Version:7.0.10 & 7.3.6

Below are the KPI list;

1. KPI_Open to Assigned

2. KPI_Open_to Close

3. KPI_Open to Resolve

4. KPI_Resolve to Close

Please check this at your end & provide the solution to us.Please see atached screenshot with history of an issue for your reference.
