No timetracking information visible if issue is not in any structure

Andreas Wente August 6, 2013

Hi there,

I just notices today, that the timetracking information is not shown on the view issue screen, if the issue is not in any structure.

I user JIRA 5.2.1 and Structure 2.4.1 (self hosted).

Any suggestions?

Thx.

Hi Andreas, unfortunately it's a bug - we'll release 2.4.2 with a fix today or tomorrow. Meanwhile you can safely downgrade to 2.4.0 by uninstalling Structure and installing a previous version (the data won't be lost).

Sorry about the inconvenience!
Igor

More investigations:

the DIV id="timetrackingmodule" has style=display:none"

and the DIV id="s-timetrackingmodle" is completly missing in the html on issues not in any structure.

Is this a bug or misconfiguration?
