Links Explorer Project reports crashing Jira

Hi

I haven't found the place to report problem on PlugIn so I am asking it here based on Atlassian PS suggestion.

We have a quite large instance of JIRA and one of the users managed to bring it down by simply trying to run the Links explorer report.

Could you please let me know if i can report a problem somewhere rather asking it as a question?

• So far we got the following:
• JIRA has about 588K Issues in total
• User tried to run the Links explorer report
• JIRA crashed with heapdump because of OOM
• Atlassian analysed heapdump and discovered that report was trying to analyse 280K%2B issues and consumed 4.5GB of heapsize from 6Gb reserved.

So further for this it will be nice to have some kind of limitation or pagination or at least warn User that data is too large and can cause problems.
