Jenkins error 503 service temporarily unavailable

Quin Kan July 17, 2017

Hello,

I am new to Jenkins, and we have the following error when trying to access Jenkins.  My colleagues too received this error.  We tried both IE and Firefox, and both browsers returned the same error.

I do not have access to the server that houses it, and I am trying to get acccess to it to see if there is any Jenkins log.

What do you think the problem may be?

Thank you.

That sounds like the Jenkins server is not running, or is failing.  Have a look at the logs for the Jenkins service.
