JEMH 0.9.9 on Jira 4.4.5

Evelyne Van Hyfte September 9, 2012

Dear,

We've installad JEMH 0.9.9 on Jira 4.4.5 by copying the jar file to the Webinf/lib folder.

When we to the UPM, there we see that JEMH 0.9.9 is installed and active, but at the administration section mail we don't see the configuration links. We only have Mail Servers - Mail Queue and Send E-mail.

Can you please let us what we did wrong?

Regards,

Evelyne

Hi Andy,

We are using JIRA 4.4.5

Can you please provide the link for JEMH jar files. The above link " https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JEMH/JEMH+Installation+for+Jira+4.x"

or https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.javahollic.jira.jemh-ui is not working for JIRA

4.4.5.

Please help.

Regards

Abyakta

Hi Evelyne,

You probably need to create a profile on JEMH to set the configuration.

You haven't done anything wrong, the user interface for configuring JEMH is only available in JIRA 5 and JEMH 1.0+, the pre 1.0 releases are configuration file driven. Please refer to https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JEMH/JEMH+Installation+for+Jira+4.x
