We have integrated Jira cloud and Zendesk. And in Jira I can see zendesk ticket conected with Jira issue. I use tempo rest API to export worklogs in JSON format. But there I can not see Zendesk ticket's ID. How I can get it? Other side, I can get ticket's ID from Zendesk API but it's without Jira issue key connected to this ticket.
I don't how to do that with jira API. But there is a solution for this on ZENDESK API.
