Error in while uploading testcases in Zephyr tool

Could you please check below error message and let me know what its meaning in my case.

What if the custom field is a mandatory field in JIRA?

Hi Sumit

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr.

It seems you have a field or a custom field which uses the JIRA data type as an option/dropdown or picker which is not supported in the importer.

Kindly unmap the entry in excel from the importer utility and try importing again
