Can't create any map

[Mc Lay]

1. Click create new map
2. Set fields and click Update
3. Return to maps list where i see just created map.
4. Reload page

Expected:

See just created map

Actual:

There is only one map named undefined. Click on it isn't working.

Alse there is error in browser javascript console:
