Balsamiq Plugin (confluence server) not displaying icons

We have a select group of users who are using chrome (up to date) and cannot see the icons within the Confluence Balsamiq add-on (see screenshot).  We have attempted to clear the cache, disable/enable the plugin, etc, but the behavior continues for this same set of users.  Anyone have any idea what would be causing this?Screen Shot 2018-05-01 at 8.47.51 AM.png

That's really strange. We'd love to take a look at the project, if possible.

When you get a moment, would you mind sending us an email? That way, we can dig into this together, and figure out what's going on.
