Is there a way to pull the work log with the user than an assignee 

I tried JIRA dashboard and in the pivot table as well. I am able to get assignee not the user.

I need to pull the time sent by a user in multiple ticket is there a way to pull the data?

Not sure if the native reports can help with detailed worklog author level time tracking.
