my jira version 8.3.4, and plugin "Telegram integration for jira" verson is 0.9.8;
when i use admin suer login , can see the 'create chart' button in jria ticket;
but this button cann't display normally when many common user login .
and what's reason could cause this issue ??anyone encuntered same issue ??
