"Paid" Gliffy Update???

My Gliffy for JIRA is stating I need to purchase a new licence to upgrade, (from 3.8 to 3.9).

In the last month, I just paid to upgrade my Gliffy instance from 50 to 100, why do I need to pay again?

Can I please get clarification of this issue.

Hi Alan,

The Gliffy JIRA Plugin is now a Marketplace Paid add-on, but Gliffy should work with your currently installed license.

We've migrated existing customer licenses to http://my.atlassian.com based on the buyer email.

If you don't see your license, please contact us at support@gliffy.com or sales@atlassian.com.
