edit button is not visible on view screen in jira

Hello team,

Thanks in advance.

I have created one issue type in jira.
did all field configuration , screen and workflow configurations
user able to create task of that particular issue type but after task created

User not able edit that particular issue type

i have created on group as well , the users from that group only able to access that task

how can i check why this issue type task not editable by all users?

You can use Jira permission helper to check what is preventing the user from editing the issue: Permission Helper.
