If we discontinue subscription for Zephyr testing tool app and re-instate at a future time, will we have all of our past test data re-instated?

From my experience with Zephyr Scale and its APIs, and my brief research on your question, Zephyr doesn't seem to provide any clear information in their documentation about the specific length of time they keep the data for after license expiry. This support thread seems to imply that the data is retained for a length of time until you renew your license.
However to be safe, I would suggest exporting as much of your data as possible before the subscription expires. The method of exporting may vary depending on the platform of Zephyr you're using (Zephyr Enterprise, Zephyr Squad, or Zephyr Scale).
In Zephyr Scale, you can manually export Test Cases by selecting them and then exporting in your desired format, or using their API. I imagine there would be similar functionality in the other products (Zephyr Squad test exporting, Zephyr Enterprise test exporting).
From my experience with Zephyr Scale I would warn that the manual and API exporting methods may be limited in what parts of the data are transferred, and some data may be missing. Ultimately I think that is better than risking the entirety of your data, if you plan to re-instate your license in the future.
