changing issue status automatically when issue assigned comments

Not quite sure how to Compare the two values. 

Any help appreciated.

Hi there,

So looking at your rule, what you are trying to do is this right:

• When the assignee posts a public comment, then move the issue to waiting for customer?

So to check if a comment is public you can use this in the Compare condition:

• First value: {{comment.internal}}
• Equals
• Second value: false
