I have integrated Zendesk Support with JIRA, but many of my team members, that only have Jira Access, are not being able to see Zendesk comments on Zendesk Support Tab.
It seems you can comment on it, but you can't see the comments coming from Zendesk. It keeps loading without any results:
And then there is an error on console, a 404 to the jiraplugin.zendesk.com
It is not happening to me, or to my team that have zendesk access, but it is happening to many developers that use Jira only, and it is really blocking the work for us.
Found the problem and a workaround for my case:
The DuckDuckGo browser plugin seems to "block" the call to jiraplugin.zendesk.com, because "Unknown Privacy Practices" (no further explanation).
After disabling privacy protection for our Jira site in the DuckDuckGo plugin, comments load.
