Your Recommendations for Transcribing

We're looking for a transcribing program that works with our CRM.

We heard that Atlassian may offer such a function and I'm keen to:

• know more about this
• hear any other recommendations for a transcribing app to integrate into our CRM

There's also the option of looking at Marketplace apps, if you are already set on the Atlassian ecosystem. A quick search reveals three apps, although I wouldn't be able to say if any of those will meet your needs.

There is no core (off-the-shelf) Atlassian tool that serves as a transcription tool.
