XRAY Test Run Iteration results lost after adding parameter and merge

Hi Team,

I just added a parameter to an existing Dataset in a test run and when I clicked on merge, it just reset all the iterations and removed the evidences, defects, actual result etc from the testrun, the test run had around 25 iterations and it would be huge loss to the team to re-do this, please can you let me know how to restore the data? 

From your documentation, it is clearly stated that the merge action will retain the test results, evidences etc., Execute Tests - Xray Cloud Documentation - Xray (getxray.app) Kindly either let me know how to restore the test results back or fix the bug in XRAY. 

Any help would be appreciated.

No, its not tracked and no response or resolution from them, we are let to live with this issue :/
