With reference to the Cleanup Badge: What is a rollback?

Looking at the badge descriptions and just wonding what a "rollback" is as mentioned here in the description of the Cleanup badge (which no one seems to have been awarded yet...)

Just tested out a few different possibilities and got the badge by editing a closed issue(my own) and selecting an older revision to restore.

The option to rollback an edited post to a previous version is currently disabled...so at this time there is no way to get the Cleanup badge.
