Why is my gantt screen blank?

Version: 3.1.9-JIRA6 

I believe I have worked through https://polscheit.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GANTT/Administration correctly.  

I have enabled my project for Gantt Chart, but when I go to the project and click on the Project Overview and click on the Gantt-Chart link, the screen area to the right is blank.

I have also updated the Project Configuration details.

Please let me know any information I can provide.
