When i User Tempo Planner for JIRA cloud, start /end date time for tempo fileds not displayed jira

I need to add start and end date  and planned time for JIRA, to display automatic in  Tempo,

and i tried to search on same fields which they are not sycned. 

 

What can i do ?

Hi Tasneem,

To set a start and end time with Tempo Planner you will need to first enable the setting "Use start and end times when planning time" under Tempo settings > Planning.

I activated the option but still the start and end date is not visible in Jira Work Management. What can I do?
