@Cybertron Welcome! Most of the Challenges are always similar:

 

  • supported apps to be integrated
  • upgrade procedure when is necessary
  • support for any issue during the process 
  • time frame for performing those integrations
  • team and responsibilities during the process.
  • Man/hours involved.
  • down time if it is necessary.
