User can see unreached projects

For some reason, a users without a permission for project view, can see the projects

Can someone explain, what the exact permission, in permission scheme, allows users to see the project in a project list ?

Permission called "Project view" or something like this, in russian its "Просмотр проектов" in not allowed

Thanks to everyone in advance

Go to project settings -> Permissions and then click the Permission helper in the right corner. That will let you see why the user may see the project.

Other common issues of this type are if you have groups added to roles in your project, since you can't see who is in the groups.

The user can't create tasks, or view the other tasks, he don't even see the board, he just can see the project name is the project list, can click on it and do nothing.

So the Permission helper is useless, cause the user doesn't have the tasks to check.

And the user is not the member of any group in user managment

The issue is just to not let him see the project in the project list, that he's not allowed to see.

Check your permission if there are any groups or roles in the browse projects permission. If you have roles, then check your people's list in that role.

If you have groups, ask a Jira System Admin to check if the user exist in that group.

Yes, there's a groups in the browse project permission, but the user that can see a project in a project list, is not in the group that allowed to see, it looks like a bug or something

The only other thing that comes to mind is if you are using a Project Picker custom field, which will expose the project names....
