Use Big Picture GANTT gadget in Confluence 8.5.2

we use confluence data center 8.5.2 and big picture enterprise 8.6.3

Big picture seems to be working ok. GANTT gadget works ok on jira dashboard. I have added the jira gadget to confluence as an external gadget. It shows in the list of macros and I can add it to the page.

But when I have put it on my confluence page and try to use it the search options for what box you want in the right hand pane does not appear and therefore cannot add any box information to the gadget. Any help would be appreciated

I would suggest that you reach out to the vendor via there service portal

See if you have any logs on when the issue occurs to add to the request.
