Update/install Greenhopper license

IanE June 3, 2012

Have been using the 30 day evaluation versions of JIRA, Greenhopper. Subsequently installed a 100 user JIRA license and what we thought was a 100 user Greenhopper license. Today, the eval license has expired but can see that the JIRA commercial license has taken but not the Greenhopper license.

Cannot find a place now to enter the Greenhopper license key as the users installed plugin management screen for Greenhopper has the "Update" button (under the eval license key, inactive/greyed out.

Can anyone advise how to install/update our Grennhopper license?

Thanks in advance...

Hi Ian,

I'm sure you've had this sorted out by now with support. For those who fall into the same circumstances try this:

  1. Log in as a JIRA Administrator
  2. Select Administration in the top right of the page
  3. Click Plugins
  4. Find GreenHopper under Manage My Plugins
  5. Click into the License Key box
  6. Copy and paste in the license key from your My Atlassian account
  7. Click Update

Thanks,
